Again starting Chess Night

I've been holding a chess night in my house again. There's a new group here in Petersburg -- younger and more enthusiastic. I've always thought this area was a dead spot of chess activity, perhaps we'll start a club up and hold tourneys. If we raise a couple hundred bucks, we could get interest from the "ringers" from D. C., as well as those guys from Morgantown, I'll bet. I'd need to find and be able to pay a good TD, though, as I have no experience with that and don't trust my ability to arbitrate should the need occur.
