Two years

I'm now in my second year working from home for ePublishing I've not met a person from my company face to face. Still, we have very good working relationships and get things done. There are pros and cons of working from home. One thing is that you just don't develop deep friendships with the people you work with. Not that they aren't friends, mind you, but you can't really go out to lunch with them and talk about their family, for example. Benefits are obvious, no commute, more time with the family. You save on gas and lunches. Sometimes it is hard to separate work from home, but having my own office in my basement has been awesome in that regard.
