Random Word: tends
I'm practicing writing based on random words from the book I mentioned earlier. I used a random word generator to get me this word: tends
Tends is the present form of to tend and represents a state in which something is likely to be of a certain condition. The something and the condition are usually specified, but not in this exercise, which tends to be lame. At least not having the condition or what is tending towards that condition tends to be a sad thing. I tend towards overuse of the word tend in its various forms in this post. I expect this post will be junk, but I'm told that's ok if you are having trouble getting into the habit of regular writing. I'm not supposed to worry too much about revision until I get to writing a lot. I haven't written very much in the last week and I'm trying to get out of the rut. Maybe I'll do some more random words. I apologize to any reader of this post as my thoughts are random. I did explain that my blog might be like that, at times, to be fair to myself, however. <--That sentence was a little confusing and not really written like I talk. I was trying to "write", which I'm told I should get away from.
